KILMORE WALLAN BYPASS
ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS
PROJECT
Datum Consulting assisted the Mitchell Shire Council in developing a submission to the Kilmore-Wallan Bypass EES during the exhibition period. In addition we also represented Mitchell Shire Council at the Inquiry and Advisory Committee over the ten days of the hearing.
VicRoads proposed three options for a Bypass of Kilmore and Wallan. These options were the subject of an Environmental Effects Statement.

BANYULE SCHOOLS

Datum Consulting assisted Banyule in refining both the EOI and RFT process for the Belfield Primary School redevelopment project. We also assisted in the evaluation and interview of all EOI submissions and in the selection of the short list and the presentation of the outcome of the process to the Council.

CLIENT
WYNDHAM LANDFILL
WORKS APPROVAL
PROJECT
Datum Consulting assisted Wyndham in briefing legal counsel and developing a case at VCAT to wind back the changes to the existing permit and replace the permit with a new version that would allow the continued operation of the facility.
We also assisted in negotiations between the parties to the appeal which was eventually without the necessity of a hearing.
